Construction Project Manager
Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is a specialty contractor focused on the repair, restoration, and modification of masonry, concrete, and steel structures. Our team specializes in making structures last longer, supporting historic buildings, schools, stadiums, churches, parking garages, commercial and industrial buildings, water/wastewater infrastructure, and more.

Construction Project Managers plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. They designate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Routine Duties- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources efficiently.
- Prepare and follow budgets based on scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
- Track project costs to meet budget goals.
- Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to track job progress.
- Create long‑ and short‑term plans, set milestone targets, and adhere to deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with clients, architects, and vendors.
- Provide weekly project updates to BCR managers on budgets, strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify improvement areas.
- Conduct weekly job site visits to analyze labor, material, equipment, and verify scope compliance with drawings and specs.
- Degree in construction technology or related field desired but not required.
- Commercial or industrial construction experience required.
- 3–5 years of restoration experience desired but not required.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment.
