Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00
Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level

• Hire, manage, and train employees; schedule work for crews; ensure schedules are met on time
• Review paperwork (dailies, timecards, billing) to ensure accuracy
• Perform pre‑ and post‑inspection of jobs; conduct pre‑survey work and place one calls; ensure work is complete and cleaned up
• Represent company with customers, subcontractors, vendors, property owners, utilities, and others
• Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed; contribute to company strategies and plans
• Be responsible for safety on the jobsite, including all employees for the company and any other employers near the jobsite
• Conduct periodic safety inspections, gate checks, and Job Safety Observations (JSO) at each jobsite under supervision
• Investigate all accidents and complete accident report in Intellex within 4 hours of occurrence
• Support crews in the field, observe and direct work

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• 3–5 years of utility construction experience
• 1–2 years proven experience supervising employees and managing crews
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Proficient in planning, prioritizing, and organizing workload efficiently
• Effective oral and written communication with management, internal and external customers

• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable MVR record
• Available to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and on‑call emergencies
• Proficient with general computer knowledge and Microsoft Office
• Strong mathematical skills

• Ability to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms both high and low; ability to walk, climb, balance, crawl, crouch, lift, hold, or stoop while on shift
• May be exposed to dust, fumes, airborne pathogens, and extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, sleet, dust, fog, wet or icy roads)
• Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs as needed, with or without assistance; long driving and sitting
