We’re looking for a STEPS CRM Admin who enjoys building smart solutions and turning user needs into seamless Salesforce experiences.

• Build and support case management workflows and knowledge bases
• Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
• Create reports and dashboards that drive decisions
• Improve processes and support omni-channel service tools

• Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Web‑to‑Case, Phone‑to‑Case, Chat‑to‑Case & case escalation
• Agentforce and reporting/dashboard experience
• Experience Cloud is a plus!
