Responsibilities- The UK Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement seeks an Associate Director of Prospect Research for the UK Healthcare Philanthropy team. The role strengthens fundraising outcomes by providing trusted data, actionable insights, and high-quality prospect intelligence.
- Designs, maintains sustainable databases and user-friendly tools that integrate complex information sources while ensuring data integrity and HIPAA compliance.
- Works in close partnership with prospect management, gift officers, and senior leaders to guide prospect development strategy through identification, vetting, research, and gift capacity analysis, helping expand and continuously improve the prospect pipeline.
- Conducts advanced analytics (data mining, modeling, geographic mapping) to uncover trends that inform departmental planning and portfolio strategy; translates findings into clear reporting.
- Trains staff to use tools and data effectively; delivers proactive research, briefings, and biographical and business intelligence to support donor and prospect engagement.
- Provides insight and structure that enables teams to prioritize effectively and pursue philanthropy with precision and confidence.

The physical requirements include regularly sitting at a computer workstation with occasional repetitive motion; lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50 pounds; standing or walking with objects up to 10 lbs; exposure to loud noises; and intermittent (10%-50%) job-related travel.
ShiftPrimarily Monday–Friday 8am-5pm; may require weekend and holiday hours per department needs.
