Qualifications- Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment (Shopify or similar platforms)
- Basic Canva skills for simple layouts, gift notes, labels, or inserts
- Previous experience in packaging, fulfillment, retail, or small business operations
- Familiarity with USPS, UPS, or other shipping carriers
- Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for luxury packaging and presentation
- Prior experience working in a small business or startup environment
- Printing packing slips, shipping labels, and personalized gift notes
- Carefully packing baby gift boxes and bundles according to Cotton Craft’s packaging standards
- Coordinating timely drop-offs at the post office or carrier location
- Assisting with light administrative and creative tasks such as formatting gift notes and organizing orders
- Occasionally using Canva for simple layouts or labels
- Maintaining organization, attention to detail, and presentation standards in a small, growing, women-owned business

Job Summary: The Shipping & Packaging Associate plays a vital role in delivering Cotton Craft’s luxury baby gifting experience. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders with exceptional attention to detail and care. Each order represents a meaningful gift for a growing family, and this role ensures every package is beautifully presented, correctly labeled, and shipped on time.
The Shipping & Packaging Associate prints packing slips, shipping labels, and personalized gift notes; packs baby gift boxes and bundles; and handles timely drop-offs at the post office or carrier location. The role also supports light administrative tasks and creative work such as formatting gift notes and using Canva for simple layouts or labels.
This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers, printers, and shipping systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of presentation, and enjoys contributing to a small, growing, women-owned business.
