• Develop, lead and execute territory plan.
• Responsible for the teams planning, operations, problem solving and development of their team specialists.
• Ensuring terms, conditions and specifications of contracts are fully executed.
• Create and track metrics specific to each program and will be the primary interface with the customer’s daily requirements.
• He/she will coordinate with internal Specialists on other teams regarding on-going maintenance of contract items related to workbooks, uniform programs, Accounts Receivable, DIL’s, Contract Tracking Documents, fulfillment, costs, product changes, and additional items to support the needs of the contract.

• Successful track record in Managed Account Sales
• Provide leadership for cross-functional efforts related to contracts
• Knowledge of products involved in contracts
• Specific knowledge of public safety industry, including vendor community, competition, and market sectors
• Negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Oracle, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
