Artemis Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Buyer to join our partnered marketing agency team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing media, production services, and marketing-related goods to support client campaigns and internal initiatives. You’ll work closely with account teams, creatives, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery.

• Source and purchase media placements, promotional materials, print, digital, and production services
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers and media vendors
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain an approved supplier network
• Collaborate with account managers and project teams to understand campaign needs and budgets
• Track spend, manage purchase orders, and ensure alignment with client and agency budgets
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and new supplier opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and client requirements
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or billing

• Proven experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Media Buyer (agency experience preferred but not required)
• Strong negotiation and cost-management skills
• Solid understanding of marketing, media, and production processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and procurement or finance systems

• Familiarity with marketing production workflows
• Knowledge of supplier contracts and commercial terms

Salary: $60,000-$70,000yr (based on experience)
