It immerses you in the business and develops the next generation of leaders for a nationwide Electrical Solutions & Engineering Consulting organization with over 750 locations across the country. Through hands‑on rotations, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain a 360° view of the Invariant business and be ready to step into an internal leadership role immediately upon completion of the two‑year program.

• Rotations across core functions such as Project Management, Technical Sales, Logistics, Inventory Control, Business Development, Warehouse & Business Operations, Purchasing, and more.
• Mentorship sessions with experienced leaders who will guide your growth.
• Travel to training sessions across the country for broader exposure.
• Structured coursework in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation.
