Job Summary

We’re looking for a STEPS CRM Admin who enjoys building smart solutions and turning user needs into seamless Salesforce experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and support case management workflows and knowledge bases
  • Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Create reports and dashboards that drive decisions
  • Improve processes and support omni-channel service tools
What You Bring
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  • Web-to-Case, Phone-to-Case, Chat-to-Case & case escalation
  • Agentforce and reporting/dashboard experience
  • Experience Cloud is a plus
