Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our Safe Locks division in Lexington, KY. Safe Locks develops and manufactures high-security electronic and mechanical locks used in safes, ATMs, and other secure storage applications. Our solutions help protect cash, valuables, and sensitive assets for customers in banking, retail, and government sectors around the world. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategies, launching products, and ensuring they meet market needs while driving sales and customer engagement.

HIRING SALARY RANGE

Base Salary $85,000 - $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). Plus, an Annual Bonus. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. This includes gathering insights through customer feedback, industry events, and online research.
• Develop clear and compelling product messaging that communicates the value and benefits of the product to the target audience.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the product.
• Monitor and analyze product performance in the market, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years’ experience in product marketing or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent.

• Experience in the Financial Technology space, working with financial institutions, retailers, ATM deployers, armored car, and service provider integrators.
• Bi-lingual skills (Spanish).
