RELOCATION AVAILABLE - Indirect Sourcing Manager. Insight Global is looking for an Indirect Sourcing Manager for our client in Lexington, KY. Relocation may be available. The salary range provided is $90,000.00/yr - $/yr and actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Develop and execute global logistics sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Engage in strategic sourcing initiatives and analyze market trends for cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage budgets and KPIs; resolve logistics disruptions.
• Lead a team (3-5 people) with people management responsibilities; skilled in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Demonstrate experience in indirect sourcing and logistics strategy, including warehouse management, ocean freight, and parcel.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Indirect sourcing experience.
• Experience with stakeholder and vendor management.
• Proven ability to create or enhance strategies for indirect sourcing processes.
• Experience creating logistics strategy.
• Pluses:
  Experience with Power BI and Dynamics 365.

Compensation range: 90-135k. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
