Job Summary:We’re looking for a STEPS CRM Admin who enjoys building smart solutions and turning user needs into seamless Salesforce experiences.
What you’ll do:- Build and support case management workflows and knowledge bases
- Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
- Create reports and dashboards that drive decisions
- Improve processes and support omni-channel service tools
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Web-to-Case, Phone-to-Case, Chat-to-Case & case escalation
- Agentforce and reporting/dashboard experience
- Experience Cloud is a plus!
