Job Summary
You must be a current University of Kentucky student to apply for this position. This position is located off campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK. We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Business Assistant to support day‑to‑day operations in a growing and fast‑paced work environment. This is a part‑time position (10–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.
Some assignments may require timely completion during standard business hours. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

- Conduct online research and compile findings
- Manage and organize email correspondence
- Data collection and entry (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Make and receive professional phone calls
- Assist with scheduling and coordination
- Occasional local errands or task‑based support as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and courteous phone presence
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets)
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Prior administrative or assistant experience preferred
$19.65–$25.65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Immediate availability preferred.
