Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., occasionally after hours as needed for various faculty events/meetings.
Job Summary:The College of Medicine Dean’s Office is currently seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide support for the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development. This position will report directly to the Director of Faculty Affairs and will have frequent interaction with faculty, staff, and college leadership.
Primary responsibilities include leading the planning, coordination, and execution of college-wide faculty development programs. The position will oversee event logistics, stakeholder communications, program promotion, and program evaluation. The role also manages faculty recognition and honors initiatives, including coordination of award nomination processes, selection workflows, and recognition events. This position provides high-level executive and operational support to senior leadership within the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
