This position serves as the primary point of contact for the office and provides administrative, financial, and systems coordination support within a fast‑paced, student‑centered environment serving over 700 registered student organizations. This role coordinates office operations, processes financial and procurement documentation, and supports departmental workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuity of services.

The position works closely with departmental leadership and the Student Success Business Office to facilitate account monitoring, documentation, reporting, and problem resolution in alignment with University policies and procedures. The Administrative Services Assistant provides administrative support for SOA programs, trainings, meetings, and events, while assisting with communications, scheduling, information management, and systems processes that enhance office efficiency.
