The Student Financial Aid office is currently seeking a STEPS Clerical Assistant to join their team.
Duties- Responsible for data entry of PBS forms.
- Assist with office mail by stuffing envelopes, collecting mail from and delivering to mail room, opening, and forwarding to appropriate staff member.
- Scanning documentation into financial aid system.
- Assist with processing scholarship checks.
Attention to detail, experienced with Microsoft Office, copying/scanning, filing, strong organizational skills.

Physical RequirementsSitting for long periods of time, ability to move about campus. Lifting, pulling of objects up to 25 lbs.
