Executive Assistant

Position Details

Position: Executive Assistant (Part time or full time, full time preferred)
Company: Based Agency
Location: 110 West Vine Street, Lexington, KY (in-person only)
Hours: 25–40 hours per week
Pay: $10–$14/hour, based on experience

Based Agency is a growing digital marketing agency in downtown Lexington. We help local service businesses (contractors, home improvement, auto, etc.) with their marketing and advertising.

• Help respond to emails and SMS messages
• Create and manage to-do lists
• Help manage the calendar and schedule
• Keep track of priorities and deadlines
• Do simple “client happiness checks”
• Take notes on feedback
• Help with basic project management and organization
• Assist with organizing files, documents, and systems
• Help with basic social media content tasks (scheduling, simple captions, potentially creating some content, organizing content)

• How a marketing agency works day‑to‑day
• Basics of digital marketing (ads, websites, SEO) by being around real client projects
• Real experience in organization, communication, and project management

• Must work in person at 110 West Vine Street in Lexington, KY
• Very organized and detail‑oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with email, calendars, and basic computer tools
