Physical Requirements: Sitting or standing for long periods of time and run errands on campus if needed.
Shift: 10 – 15 hours weekly.
ResponsibilitiesThis position will answer the main college telephone line and greet guests visiting the Administrative Suite. Other tasks include assisting staff with unpacking office supplies, copying, filing, scanning, possibly editing Word documents and entering data into Excel spreadsheets, and running errands on campus if needed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Great customer service skills and courteous telephone manner.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Office/clerical, front desk, and receptionist experience. Law and Legal Studies majors preferred.
- This is a Federal Work Study position only, so applicants must be eligible for Fall/Spring FWS.
