We are seeking a student intern who is enrolled in an Accounting program with a graduation date of . This position allows up to 30 hours per week and would be year-round.

Temporary, part-time student to provide administrative/accounting assistance to the Accounting Department in general areas including Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets Accounting, and Accounts Receivable.

This position will perform a variety of accounting, clerical and support functions including:

• Maintain Accounts Payable inbox and retrieve emailed AP invoices.
• Daily invoice processing as assigned; including data entry and scanning.

• Reviewvendorstatements,assistinresolvingbillingissues,andfollow-upasnecessary.
• Ensureproperandtimelycompletionofadministrativeresponsibilities in preparation of monthly closing processes.

Education:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's of Accounting Program at least Sophomore level

Experience:

Prior accounting intern or co-op experience preferred.

Successfulcompletionofbasicaccountingclasses Excellentdataentryskillsandaccuracy

Excellent Organizational Skills

Basic Exceland Wordworkingknowledgeandskills
10-Keyoperationskillspreferred

Outlook Email Knowledge preferred SAP experience a plus
