Management Analyst, Senior - ASG

We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Management Analyst, Senior - ASG (Air Systems Group). This role supports our Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.

• Single source management for all ASG RDT&E ATO (Authority to Operate) accreditation packages. This would ensure timely responses to NAWC ISSO/ISSM questions and concerns, establish a single point of communication for changes/questions/guidance from NAWC ISSO/ISSM, and enable effective resource management of ASG or outside surge personnel if needed to meet ATO package resubmittal due dates.
• Oversight, identification, liaison, and architecture of ASG IT network environment to include requirements and data analysis.
• Clear accountability and leadership for all ASG IT systems.
• Supervisory oversight of RDT&E Network Administrators and DAiTA employees supporting NMCI and SharePoint.
• Experience with network administration and supervisory oversight of technical staff. Deep understanding of NMCI, RDT&E, Developer Seat environments, and Navy IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements (RMF, NIST, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional IT teams.
• Strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with SES, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Change management and ability to implement enterprise-level process improvements.

10+ years of relevant experience.

• Masters Degreeand advanced experience in Information Systems, or related technical field (desired).
• Education substitution:
  Bachelors degree and 15 years, OR High school and 19 years.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in enterprise IT management within DoD or a large federal/defense organization.
