We are currently seeking experienced Capture Professionals. Based on experienced candidates; may provide technical guidance to the pursuit and proposal strategy throughout every aspect of strategic capture. Based on experience candidates; may lead the planning and development of technical solutions for proposals, sources sought, market surveys, white papers, etc.

This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer and is a member of the corporate staff providing business development, capture, proposal, and strategic management support, as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Support the full lifecycle of business development and capture strategy activities to include developing whitepapers, supporting long-lead positioning efforts and client-facing meetings, plus hands-on opportunity shaping activities such as requirements ideation sessions, solution demos, and building prototype capabilities.
* Guide technical solution development, conceptualize and develop highly differentiated solutions, and produce solutioning artifacts that yield proposal content that is both compelling and compliant with the solicitation.
* Collaborate effectively across business areas and work closely with business development, capture, and operations leadership to determine the overall solution strategy and approach that aligns with the client's objectives and requirements. Required

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in STEM (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, etc.) or a business-related discipline required; two (2) years of additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of each year of education.)

Required Experience:

* Minimum five (5) years of relevant management experience.
* Significant experience with processes and current technologies employed in DoD platforms, weapons, C5

ISR, or business systems.
* Solid understanding of DoD acquisition lifecycle, customers' buying trends, budgets, and requirements.
* Exceptional strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate market and customer insights into winning technical solutions and capture strategies. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. Because we are seeking candidates for multiple roles and salary is aligned with the respective role for which candidates are hired, the salary range is from $68,000.00 to $ (annualized USD).

This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
