Job Description

The pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour guaranteed based on experience, with flat rate earnings between $27 and $35.00 per hour.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guests’ vehicles. Starting from day one, you will participate in a comprehensive technician training program covering all aspects of your role and preparing you for advancement. You will be a vital team member performing repairs on guest vehicles, working together to deliver 5-star guest experiences, and ensuring safe, reliable transportation for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
  • Obtain guest approval before performing work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Test drive guest vehicles and safely use shop trucks for inventory pickup as needed
  • Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of automotive technician experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own basic automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program
  • Ability to work overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 categories
  • Technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology
