We are looking for a Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations by efficiently handling materials, ensuring timely movement of goods, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role is essential in keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Certification Requirement: Must be Forklift Certified

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport, load, and unload materials safely.
• Review and process orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Safely move products within the warehouse, including stacking and organizing materials.
• Perform shipping tasks, including handling small parcels (UPS, Fed Ex) and skids (LTL shipments).
• Inspect and maintain forklifts, reporting any issues for timely repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents and maintain compliance.
• Assist in developing and improving shipping processes for greater efficiency.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

• Forklift certification required (must pass certification test).
• Experience using SAP preferred.
• Experience with UPS/Fed Ex shipping software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one interactions with other employees.

• Standing & Walking:
  Must stand and move throughout the warehouse for 8-10 hours per day.
• Lifting & Carrying:
  Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive Motion:
  Regularly use hands to handle, reach, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Posture & Movement:
  Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Vision & Perception:
  Must have close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Warehouse is a non-climate-controlled environment—exposure to extreme heat and cold.
• May be exposed to warehouse chemicals such as weld gas, spatter spray, and industrial cleaners.
• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour
