Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Fitness and Strength Coach located in Lewisville, TX. The coach will be responsible for designing and implementing customized fitness and strength training programs, monitoring athlete progress, and providing expert guidance in strength and conditioning techniques. Duties also include leading group or one-on-one training sessions, educating athletes on exercise physiology principles, and maintaining a safe and motivational training environment.
Collaboration with athletes to achieve their goals is key to this position.
- Expertise in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training techniques
- Experience in Coaching and Personal Training to guide athletes effectively
- Strong knowledge of Exercise Physiology and physical fitness principles
- Strong interpersonal and motivation skills with the ability to connect with athletes of various skill levels
- Relevant certification in fitness, strength, or conditioning, such as NSCA-CSCS or ACSM
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in sports coaching or athletic training environments preferred
