The Role
As a Sales Support team member, you're the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our sales process running smoothly. You'll own quoting, FCC licensing, and order processing for our inside and outside sales teams. Your work ensures clients get accurate proposals, clean paperwork, and a smooth experience from first request through delivery. This is a great fit for someone who loves details, enjoys supporting a sales team, and wants to be close to revenue without carrying a quota.
WhatYou'll Do
- Build and update quotes for radios, accessories and services.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct equipment, pricing, and terms.
- Manage FCC licensing paperwork and renewals, working with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review quote/ordering requests from Inside Sales and AEs for completeness and clarity.
- Communicate proactively with sales reps on missing information, timelines, and next steps.
- Quote and order accuracy (minimal kickbacks and corrections).
- Turnaround time from request to completed quote/order.
- Internal "customer" satisfaction from AEs and Inside Sales.
- Contribution to smooth, error‑free client deliveries and renewals.
- 1-3+ years in sales support, quoting, order management, customer service, or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, SKUs, and structured data.
- Experience working with a CRM and/or ERP system (Hub Spot/Net Suite or similar) is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication with both internal teams and external clients.
- Organized and reliable – you can juggle multiple requests and still hit deadlines.
