SummaryWe’re seeking a motivated self‑starter and excellent communicator who excels at building relationships and rapport with department decision makers in-store. This individual will be responsible for influencing stores to order additional product and to display client products during key promotional events. This position also includes general product merchandising and addressing ad‑hoc opportunities during the store call. Experience working at or with HEB stores is preferred.
This individual will be responsible for a territory in and around the Dallas Metroplex.
- Build relationships in-store with key decision makers across all departments.
- Execute pre‑planned and ad‑hoc retail initiatives to maintain shelf integrity and support promotions.
- Use a company provided tablet to:
- Accurately report all work completed/store level actions, observations, photos, and issues
- Schedule work assignments
- Receive work documentation and information
- Record work start and completion times
- Maintain coverage every reporting cycle of assigned retail territory according to customer frequency plans.
- Attend resets and implement retail schematics as directed by the customer to meet the shelving plan, as required.
- Participate in team‑scheduled tasks such as retail sales meetings and food shows, as required.
- Travel may be required outside the local area and include overnight stays on occasion for meetings and other needs.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Strong demonstration of organization skills, being extremely detail oriented, commitment to maintaining quality standards per company policy and high attention to customer service.
