Our facility handles advanced care, detailed testing and diagnostics, and critical urgent care during business hours. This broad spectrum allows you to utilize your skills across all aspects of small animal veterinary medicine.

Your Role

We are looking for a doctor who is ready to embrace a caseload that includes both routine appointments and demanding medical challenges. Highland Village is situated within the greater Denton, TX area, offering a suburban setting with easy access to metropolitan amenities. When you are not providing care to patients, you will find a supportive community that prioritizes a high quality of life in North Texas.

Responsibilities
  • Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect our commitment to compassionate care.
  • Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
  • Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet receives the best care.
  • Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
What You'll Bring To The Team
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
  • Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
