Marketing Specialist

Regal Professional Services has partnered with a client in Lewisville to hire a Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize engaging digital content that strengthens brand awareness, drives lead generation, and enhances customer engagement. This role combines creative content, digital marketing strategy, and hands-on production skills to deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all online channels.

• Develop and produce high-impact digital content (graphics, videos, and copy) for web, social, and email channels.
• Enhances, maintains, and promotes brand consistency and visual standards across all creative assets.
• Collaborate with teams to create assets that showcase company culture, customer success, and product value.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns (Linked In, Google Ads, You Tube, etc.).
• Manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using automation tools.
• Monitor SEO and website performance metrics to guide content improvements.
• Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
• Use data insights to continuously refine creative direction and campaign targeting.
• Test creative formats, messaging, and visuals to optimize audience response.
• Partner closely with Sales, Business Units and HR team to support campaigns, events, and recruitment marketing.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, or agencies when needed.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and creative planning meetings

• A degree in marketing and a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
• Creativity in your work and in how you interact with a staff full of engineers
• The ability to collaborate in diverse team environments, but perform at a high level when on your own
• Example of previous marketing campaign deliverables
• Experience in industrial or oil and gas space is a plus
• Self-starter and desire for a high level of ownership across projects assigned to them
