The Corporate Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing Tri Mark’s internal and external communications strategy to support business priorities, organizational transformation, and brand reputation. This role serves as a senior strategic advisor and hands-on communications leader, ensuring consistent, clear, and modern messaging across the enterprise. The position partners closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, and external agencies to deliver high-impact communications that align with Tri Mark’s values, strategy, and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Internal Communications
- Lead enterprise-wide internal communications, including leadership announcements, organizational updates, and change management communications
- Develop and execute communication plans supporting transformation initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership transitions
- Draft, edit, and advise on executive communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and appropriate tone
- Partner closely with executive leaders on sensitive, time-critical communications
- External Communications
- Own and execute external corporate communications strategy aligned with Tri Mark's business objectives and brand positioning
- Shape and manage the company's external narrative related to transformation, growth, and key business milestones
- Coordinate external messaging to ensure alignment across press, digital platforms, and stakeholder communications
- Support reputation management efforts and proactive storytelling
- Social Media
- Lead corporate social media strategy and content governance
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all social platforms
- Partner with Marketing and external agencies on content development and amplification
- Monitor engagement and reputational trends and advise leadership accordingly
- Public Relations & Agency Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for external PR agency
- Set agency strategy, priorities, and performance expectations
- Review and approve press materials, messaging, and outreach plans
- Coordinate crisis or issues-management communications as needed
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as a trusted communications advisor to executive leadership
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Legal to ensure messaging alignment, accuracy, and risk mitigation
- Ensure communications reflect Tri Mark's culture, values, and strategic direction

Required:
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or related fields
- Proven experience leading both internal and external communications in a complex organization
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior leaders
- Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills
- Experience managing external PR or communications agencies
