- Leverage claims‑based market data to uncover growth opportunities, optimize delivery models, and inform strategic initiatives
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into clear, impactful, actionable analytics and deliverables
- Design and build compelling dashboards and visual narratives that influence executive decision‑making, using SQL and Tableau
- Present findings directly to executives and cross‑functionalolas
- Influence team strategy around tech, processes, and deliverable innovation

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field, e.g., Marketing Research, Statistics, Data Science, or Math (Master’s or more preferred)
- Experience: 7+ years in data science/analytics or market research, with advanced degrees requiring less (healthcare experience a plus)
- Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced in SQL; intermediate in BI tools
- Strongпри problem‑solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to execute translational analytics
- Strong knowledge of descriptive statistics and probability; predictive analytics a plus
- Familiarity with claims data, geospatial analytics, and healthcare a plus
- Collaborative environment focused on curiosity and innovation
