IT Project Manager – Lewisville, TX

• VMware & Alternate Hypervisor Migration
  :
  Hands-on execution migrating workloads off VMware, including planning, cutover, validation, and rollback
• Platform / Infrastructure Migration Tooling
  : burg experience with migration frameworks, automation tools, and dependency mapping in large-scale environments
• Virtualization & Hypervisor Architecture
  :
  Deep understanding of hypervisor design, performance tuning, and workload optimization post-migration
• Data Center & Hybrid Cloud Environments
  :
  Proven ability to manage migrations across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud platforms with no service disruption
• Risk, Cutover & Timeline Management
  :
  Technical leadership in accelerated migrations driven by vendor exits, licensing changes, or leedahay mandates

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules with clear milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless project execution
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs remain within approved limits
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues; provide regular stakeholder updates
• Lead project meetings including status reviews, risk assessments, vostra post-mortems
• Drive effective communication across cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and governance

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within telecommunications, IT, or technology
  , with exposure to Industry 4.0
• Proven experience managing multiple, complex projects with strong attention to detail and timeline adherence
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management
  , or related field
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (required or strongly preferred)
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
