We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support our mission through full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations and service lines. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a direct impact on patient care by helping us hire top talent.

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Build strong pipelines by engaging with colleges, agencies, community partners, and digital platforms
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and strategize sourcing plans
• Pre-screen candidates and prepare them for smooth, professional hiring experiences
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in our Applicant Tracking System
• Provide weekly and monthly recruiting metrics
• Support our company mission by ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Maintain strong documentation and organization in a high-volume environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement in hiring processes and recruitment marketing

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience in healthcare
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A customer-service mindset and passion for building relationships
• Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Successful completion of a background check
