Protech Automotive Solutions is looking for highly talented dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Protech youll play a key role in shaping our teams by identifying attracting and hiring top talent across multiple markets and business lines. Youll serve as a strategic recruiting partner ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience while supporting Protechs mission values and growth objectives.

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align recruiting strategies with business goals KPIs and internal customer needs.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to assess staffing strategies forecast hiring needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Source engage and interview candidates for a wide range of individual contributor roles across various markets and centers.
• Utilize both established and innovative sourcing channels to attract active and passive talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Ensure all offers comply with Protechs policies and maintain consistency across markets.
• Provide a smooth transition to the HR Administrative Team for onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) track metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving recruiting trends to continuously enhance Protechs talent acquisition approach.

• 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in a high-volume or multi-market environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms;
  Workday and Smartsheet experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).
• Strong understanding of HR concepts practices and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
