Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help with household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Complete required training/certification based on state regulation.
