Labcorp is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health, and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. These services are performed by a network of Labcorp personnel located throughout the country.

Summary

We are seeking medical professionals to provide testing services e hired, our staff can assign themselves to events in their area using our scheduling system, and we provide pre‑event comprehensive training on LES protocols. Testing services include biometric screenings, COVID‑19 PCR testing, point‑of‑care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Staff are responsible for setting up, executing, and breaking down events while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Perform venipuncture blood draws
  • Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
  • Conduct participant biometric screenings, including blood pressure and body fat analysis
  • Accurately capture participant information and all screening results
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy at all times
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Conduct participant biometric screenings, including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis
  • Perform COVID‑19 PCR testing, point‑of‑care antigen testing, and temperature checks
  • Accurately capture participant information and all screening results
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy at all times
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.)
  • Minimum of 1‑year experience performing venipuncture blood draws
  • Minimum of 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months required
  • Proficient in taking blood pressure
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic tablet and computer skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Medical credentials strongly preferred (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.); certification or license is required in some states
  • Minimum of 1‑year experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in fingerstick blood collection and blood pressure measurement
  • Experience with Cholestech LDX preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic tablet and computer skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old
Pay Range

$18 – $23 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits:
