This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewisville, TX, for a Clinical Director at Apara Autism Centers. The Clinical Director will oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensuring quality delivery of services and adherence to evidence‑based practices. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinical staff, developing and monitoring client treatment plans, collaborating with families to support patient progress, and maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Additionally, the Clinical Director will stay updated with advancements in therapeutic practices and represent Apara's mission of fostering growth and progress within the autism community.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide clinical staff.
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including developing and monitoring treatment plans and implementing evidence‑based practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Solid understanding of compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards within the healthcare or autism support field.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active licensure in Texas.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in pediatric care and working with children on the autism spectrum is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in documentation and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure the highest quality care for clients.
- A commitment to empowering children with autism and their families in achieving significant milestones and lifelong skills.
