The L.J.T.C. offers a structured, supportive environment for at-risk young males, emphasizing self-discipline, respect, and motivation. We are seeking committed individuals who value education, personal growth, and second chances.

$31.25 per hour; potential increase based on education and experience.

As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing treatment completion for students under your care. Key duties include:

• Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling services.
• Maintain accurate records, complete progress notes, and report to the multi-disciplinary team.
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed.
• Prepare staffing reports, discharge summaries, and monthly progress documentation.

To be considered you should:

• Hold an Arkansas license as an LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT
  .
• Possess a Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Meet ROP eligible driver requirements, including an active driver’s license.
