• Inspiring and guiding students through consistent daily interaction—no traditional lectures, high‑impact peer‑level mentorship.

• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g., top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions).
• At least 3 years of direct experience working with K‑8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Availability to work on‑site in Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
