Salary
: up to 180k in base salary + Commission/Incentives + benefits
- Lead, coach, and scale multi-channel sales teams
, including in-person sales floors, branch-based teams, and call center environments - Own sales strategy, targets, and performance management across channels
- Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing to ensure sales practices meet regulatory standards
- Build and refine sales processes, incentive plans, and KPIs to drive sustainable growth
- Develop frontline leaders and create a high-accountability, high-performance sales culture
- Analyze pipeline, conversion metrics, and channel performance to optimize results
- Support expansion initiatives, new product rollouts, and go-to-market strategies
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience
, with a proven track record of managing managers and frontline sales teams - Required industry experience within banking, credit unions, or other heavily regulated financial institutions
- Demonstrated success leading multi-channel sales organizations (e.g., in-person, call center, hybrid)
- Hands-on experience running in-person call centers, sales floors, or branch-based sales teams
- Strong understanding of compliance-driven sales environments and regulatory guardrails
- Data-driven leader with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive outcomes
- Excellent communicator who can align executive leadership with frontline execution
