Responsibilities
- Perform basic vehicle repairs as assigned, following dealer and factory standards.
- Handle maintenance work such as oil changes, working alongside other technicians.
- Ensure repairs are completed on time with attention to detail, delivering quality work to satisfy customers.
- Interact daily with team members including service advisors, parts associates, cashiers, sales staff, and managers.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and make recommendations to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Document work performed on repair orders accurately.
- Maintain inventory of standard tools and stay updated with factory technical bulletins and training.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty.
Requirements
- Basic automotive knowledge and interest in a career in automotive repair and service.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop skills.
- Mechanical skills, manual dexterity, and ability to operate tools and machinery.
- Knowledge of the automotive repair process.
- Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Customer service skills and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
