• Assist in full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Support payroll processing and benefits reconciliations.
• Help prepare audit documentation and support tax filings.
• Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and scaling financial operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or private industry).
• Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
