Location: Lewistown, MT (Central Montana Medical Center)

Setting: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Level I Nursery

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

• Full‑Spectrum OB:
  Manage labor progression, assist with vaginal and operative (C‑section) deliveries, and provide postpartum care and education.
• Clinical Monitoring:
  Expertly interpret fetal monitoring strips and monitor maternal‑fetal well‑being.
• Emergency Readiness:
  Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and stabilize newborns for transport (utilizing STABLE guidelines) if higher‑level care is needed.
• Specialized Care: CMMC’s Level I nursery provides advanced services for its size, including managing minor breathing problems, feeding difficulties, and IV antibiotics.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Licensure: Current Montana RN License (or active Compact license).
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE are mandatory for this unit.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to provide empathetic emotional support to diverse patient populations.
