• Shifts: 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week (Night Shift Labor & Delivery RN)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2270-$2390/week

• Current and valid Montana RN license (or compact RN eligible)
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience in Labor & Delivery
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• STABLE certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong clinical judgment, fetal monitoring interpretation, and effective communication skills
• Compassionate patient care and ability to support families during labor, delivery, and postpartum

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery, including fetal heart rate interpretation
• Manage labor progression and assist with spontaneous and operative deliveries
• Respond promptly to obstetric and neonatal emergencies
• Administer medications, perform cervical exams, and follow facility protocols within RN scope of practice
• Interpret fetal monitoring strips and prepare patients for operative deliveries when indicated
• Provide postpartum education, lactation support referrals, and emotional support to new mothers and families
• Promote a positive birth experience and ensure optimal outcomes for mother and newborn
