• The L&D RN monitors maternal and fetal well‑being, manages labor progression, assists with deliveries, and responds promptly to obstetric emergencies.
• Provides for safe, efficient and caring nursing services to achieve high standards of patient care for Labor & Delivery and Obstetrics.
• Includes administering medications, performing cervical exams within scope, interpreting fetal monitoring strips, preparing patients for operative deliveries, and providing postpartum education.
• Provides emotional support to patients and families during one of their most significant moments.
• Promotes a positive birth experience and ensures optimal outcomes for both mother and newborn.

• Must have experience in both Labor & Delivery.
• Current Montana RN license.
• NRP and BLS certifications required.
