American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Montana, requiring recent L&D and obstetric nursing experience and night shift availability.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery setting
- Care for obstetric and laboring patients with focus on maternal and fetal well-being
- Three 12-hour night shifts per week for a 13-week assignment
- Responsibilities include monitoring labor progression, assisting with deliveries, and providing postpartum care
- Duties include administering medications, performing cervical exams, interpreting fetal monitoring strips, and educating patients postpartum
- Role involves supporting patients and families through labor and delivery
- No COVID-19 vaccination required for this position
- Local candidates are accepted as radius restrictions do not apply
- Active MT or compact RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing required
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE
- Proficiency in fetal monitoring and managing operative deliveries necessary
