RN - MedSurg

This position includes 3 twelve-hour night shifts.

The RN Med Surg is responsible for providing integrated, holistic, professional nursing services to patients in coordination with other healthcare team members. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care that addresses the priority health needs of individuals. This includes engaging with patients and their families to support optimum health outcomes. The RN practices professional nursing to meet and exceed the standards outlined by Montana's state regulations and the national Nurse Practice Acts.

• Provide holistic nursing care to adult patients, with rare pediatric cases.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
• Assess and prioritize patient healthcare needs.
• Educate and engage patients and families in health maintenance.

• Graduate nurse from an accredited nursing college.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
