Overview
Seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.
Responsibilities- Conduct screening assessments
- Develop treatment and education plans
- Ensure quality assurance
- Collaborate on program evaluation and reporting
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Conduct staff training
- Support after-care transitions
- Master s degree in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling
- Five years of relevant experience
- Current Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC)
- Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills
- Ability to relate to offenders and work professionally with law enforcement
- Experience in corrections
- Therapeutic community models
- Familiarity with cognitive therapies
Compensation ranges from $25.00-$30.00/hour with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development. The position requires relocation to Lewistown, MT, and involves in-person work, occasional travel, and flexible shifts.
