    deliver expert obstetric nursing care across labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period; monitor fetal well-being, progress of labor, and maternal vitals; administer medications and analgesia per protocol; support cesarean and vaginal deliveries; provide immediate neonatal resuscitation when needed and coordinate newborn stability; lead patient and family education on labor, birth plans, breastfeeding, and newborn care; collaborate with physicians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and perinatal teams to ensure seamless care transitions;

    document meticulously in the electronic medical record, uphold infection control standards, and maintain vigilance for maternal and neonatal safety.
