Overview
Join our team as a Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program, providing therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings
- Develop treatment and education plans
- Ensure quality assurance
- Coordinate after-care referrals
- Group facilitation
- Individual counseling
- Staff training
- Program evaluation to support successful offender rehabilitation
- Master s degree in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC)
- Preferred: experience with offenders, correctional settings, and familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapies
- Full-time role
- Salary: $25-$30/hour
- Benefits, flexible schedule
- Relocation required to Lewistown, MT
- Work indoors with occasional travel, documentation, and possible on-call responsibilities
