Northeast Charter & Tour is hiring a driven Inside Sales professional to convert inbound charter inquiries into confirmed bookings. You’ll own your pipeline, follow a structured sales process, and build client relationships that generate repeat business. If you’re a closer who takes pride in accuracy, this role is for you.
Inside SalesEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet monthly booking, revenue, and margin targets
- Quote charters accurately using our established rate schedule
- Qualify inbound inquiries and close at or above target rates
- Keep CRM records current and complete in real time
- Follow a disciplined process from first contact through booking confirmation
- Coordinate with operations before committing on complex trips
- Conduct post-trip follow-up to drive referrals and repeat bookings
- Inside sales or telephone sales experience
- Track record of hitting revenue or booking goals
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Transportation, travel, or hospitality background a plus
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
